How pricing works — Your membership covers the clinical relationship: consultations, provider access, protocol design, and ongoing management. Membership and clinical care are cash-pay. Not billing insurance for your care is what allows us to spend real time with you rather than fifteen-minute visits. Lab work is the exception — we do bill insurance for bloodwork, so most patients have their panels covered. Membership fees are often HSA/FSA eligible, and we provide documentation on request.
Memberships are month-to-month. We ask for a good-faith commitment of three months at the start, because meaningful protocol work simply takes that long to evaluate.
Yes, at any time. Many members start with Elite and move to Platinum as they take on more testing and in-home care.
Yes. Active military, veterans, and first responders receive special membership rates. Verification required — contact us to confirm eligibility.
Elite members can be managed largely through telehealth. Platinum in-home visits are limited to the DFW service area.
